Ms Jenni Hampshire

Jenni is a supportive and collaborative coach who loves to partner with her clients as they realize their potential and reach their goals. Her clients have described her as easy to connect with, a careful listener, collaborative, professional, and encouraging. They’ve remarked how at the end of the sessions they feel empowered and ready to move forward to reach their goals.

In addition to being an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, she is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a Cultural Intelligence Center Advanced Professional, and a Duke University Trained Integrative Medicine Health Coach.

Her journey to becoming a coach has led her around the world where she was able to learn from coaches from a variety of different cultures. Her first coach training was in Barcelona, Spain and then later she learned under Indian, American, and European trainers too. She speaks three languages and has lived extensively in Asia.

Shiffolika Kapila

Shiffolika has 16 + years of work experience and specializes in designing and facilitating soft skill programs. She is an expert in behavioral and process training and has delivered programs on Communication Skills, Corporate Etiquette, Presentation skills, Business English – written & spoken, Personality Development / Grooming, Interview skills, Stress Management, Personal Effectiveness, Time Management, Campus to Corporate, Voice and Accent, Culture Orientation, Induction/On boarding and Train the Trainer.

She has received focused language training and methodology from Dr. Diane Sol – a language specialist from the University of California, Davis. Her experience across various industries enables her to integrate practical knowledge, the technicality of the language and the soft skills required on the shop floor, with her training style and creativity. Also a certified Trainer by Arjun Raina. Has undergone a comprehensive Train the Trainer Module.

Some of the clients she has worked with are Max Healthcare, Daksh, vCustomer, EXL, HCL Technologies, Birla Soft, Honda, Maruti, COWI India etc.

Saryu Malhotra

She is presently managing Operations and Customer Success for Truebiz. She is responsible for managing and developing business relationships with corporates, PSUs, and Government Ministries. She is also ensuring quality delivery and execution of learning interventions.

She is a post graduate and has over 20 years of work experience. She has worked with organizations like IndiaMART, where the key areas included – product management, project management, business delivery, online marketing, quality analysis, social media activities, onpage/offpage strategies, user-experience for online catalogs and websites. Also, defining guidelines for implementation & innovating new procedures and methods to enhance user experience, control rejection rate, and improve customer satisfaction.
