At EEW, our executive coaching approach is divided into 3 phases-

  1. Pre-Coaching Phase

    • Initial Chemistry Meeting
    • Identify Key Areas of Growth
    • Set Key Performance Indicators
  2. Coaching Phase

    • Face-to- face and/or Phone Coaching Sessions
    • Vary from 12-16 sessions, each lasting between 60-90 minute
  3. Post-Coaching Phase

    • Feedback & Analysis
    • Follow-up Actions
